RENTING VS BUYING

To Buy? Or not to Buy? That… is a question many ask when moving to Midland.

What you need to ask yourself first is: how long do you plan to live in Midland? If you can honestly see yourself living in Midland for more than 3 years, buying makes a lot of sense. But there are still more factors.

Is moving a likelihood?

Do I want to invest in real estate, or are we just buying some time?

Am I even qualified to rent?

If you are most likely moving in the not too distant future, maybe renting is best.  You don’t have taxes to pay, upkeep of major repairs is on the owner,  no worry of having to sell in the future, you just give proper notice, pack and move.

But suppose you know real estate a good investment, and you don’t want to “throw money away”renting?
