Grassland Estates

 

Grassland Estates is located in the northwest portion of the city of Midland, Texas.  Scharbauer Elementary and Abell Junior High are located in the neighborhood allowing walking distance from each residence. Grassland also offers a City Park that is primarily used by Grassland Residents. Amenities are provided by the subdivision Homeowners Association that include a clubhouse, two large swimming pools and a wading pool.

Grassland Estates is governed by a Homeowners Association and membership is mandatory.  The Homeowners Association is managed by an elected Board of Directors who meet on a scheduled basis. All meetings are open to the public and your participation is welcome.
